This Privacy Policy explains how Global Strategic Solutions, LLC d/b/a Magnum Performance Labs ("Magnum Performance," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit our website or use our scheduling, coordination, and concierge services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Magnum Performance is a medical tourism scheduling and coordination service provider. We coordinate scheduling, concierge, and travel-related logistics for clients seeking treatment from independent third-party providers. We are not a healthcare provider and do not deliver medical care. Independent providers maintain their own privacy practices, which are not governed by this Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, Magnum Performance may not be a "covered entity" under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Regardless of HIPAA's technical applicability, we treat health-related information you provide as sensitive and apply the protections described in this Policy. Where we act in a capacity that makes HIPAA or a comparable law applicable, we will comply with that law's requirements.
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties:
Information you provide: name, contact details, date of birth, billing information, travel details, and — where you choose to share it — health-related information relevant to coordinating your requested services (such as procedure of interest, height/weight or BMI, and medical history you elect to disclose).
Automatically collected information: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
Information from third parties: information from Providers, payment processors, analytics and advertising partners, and service vendors, consistent with their terms and applicable law.
We use information to: provide, coordinate, and improve the Services; communicate scheduling and logistics with you and, where you direct us, with Providers; process payments; respond to inquiries; personalize your experience; maintain security and prevent fraud; conduct analytics; comply with legal obligations; and substantiate and document marketing claims where required.
We may disclose information: to Providers and travel vendors as necessary to coordinate the services you request; to service providers acting on our behalf (such as hosting, payment processing, and analytics); to professional advisors; in connection with a corporate transaction; to comply with law or legal process; and to protect rights, safety, and property. We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. To the extent certain analytics or advertising practices constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, see Section 9 and our CCPA: Do Not Sell My Information page.
Because we coordinate care with Providers that may be located outside the United States, information you ask us to share for that purpose — including information you direct us to transmit to a Provider — may be transferred to and processed in other countries whose data-protection laws differ from those of your jurisdiction. By directing us to coordinate treatment abroad, you consent to such transfers for that purpose.
We advertise on platforms such as Google and Meta, which impose specific requirements for health-related advertising. We do not knowingly use sensitive health attributes (such as a specific diagnosis or condition) to target advertising to you, and we configure analytics and advertising tools to avoid transmitting sensitive health information through those tools. Where platform tools or audiences are used, we seek to comply with applicable platform policies and law.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure performance, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie-preference tools. Some features may not function properly if certain cookies are disabled. California residents may also exercise opt-out rights as described in Section 9.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"), including rights regarding the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and the use of sensitive personal information. The Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
